Construction Solicitor (cont), Yorkshire
Job Description
Contentious construction solicitor required for Yorkshire team of an international law firm. You will deal with high end legal matters including: adjudications, arbitrations, expert determinations, mediations, and High Court disputes relating to a variety of contractual, technical, and financial matters including complex contractual interpretation, breach of EU procurement law, delay and disruption, professional negligence, defects, practical completion, liquidated damages, payment, variations, and termination. You will be offered considerable responsibility working closely with one of the best construction teams in the North. This role will be most suitable for candidates who are 3 yrs pqe or above.
