Job Description

This is a rare chance to accelerate your legal career as a Construction Solicitor in one of the UK's most respected non-contentious teams. Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, you'll work on high-profile, complex development and infrastructure deals across the UK including; landmark regeneration, energy transition, and cutting-edge clean tech projects. You'll work alongside industry-leading lawyers on mandates that genuinely shape the built environment.
Leading on the construction aspects of major real estate and regeneration deals
Advising on development agreements, JCT/NEC contracts, bonds, guarantees, and professional appointments
Supporting energy and engineering projects across onshore wind, hydro, solar, battery storage and more
Collaborating closely with developers, funders, contractors, consultants and public bodies
Working alongside a highly ranked team on nationally significant infrastructure work
Work on landmark development & energy infrastructure dealsEdinburgh or Glasgow & hybrid
A solicitor or equivalent with at least 2 years' PQE in non-contentious construction
Confident advising on a range of construction documents and negotiations
Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working on complex, multi-party deals

55,000-70,000 base salary
