Construction Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Newcastle, Competitive (DOE) - This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer to handle high-quality work across a diverse range of clients within the construction, engineering, and energy sectors. JOB REF: 2186.
THE ROLE:

Provide comprehensive and accurate legal advice and guidance to a varied client base.
Advise on claims in the construction, engineering and energy sectors, professional negligence claims against construction professionals, adjudication, enforcement, arbitration, litigation, and other forms of ADR including mediation.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date case files, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Take an active role in business development, building new client relationships and nurturing existing ones.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years' PQE
Proven experience in handling contentious construction matters.
Strong technical knowledge, with expertise in adjudication, arbitration, litigation and ADR.
Excellent organisational and case management skills.
Commercially minded, proactive, and able to foster long-term client relationships.
