Construction Solicitor/Associate - 3+ PQE (Non-Contentious)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Looking to build your non-contentious construction career within a leading regional firm?
You'll:
- Act on non-contentious construction matters: NEC/JCT contracts, development agreements, collateral warranties, bonds & guarantees.
- Join a recognised Construction & Engineering team within a broader full-service firm
- Work in a collaborative, modern firm offering hybrid working, strong mentoring and real progression.
- 3+ years PQE in non-contentious construction law.
- Good experience with standard building contracts and developer/contractor side documentation.
- Proactive, client-facing, comfortable working in a growing team.
- 27 days' holiday (plus long-service extra) with "buy/sell" up to 5 days.
- Up to 2 wellbeing days per annum to support your mental-health/work-life balance.
- Paid volunteering / community hours (14 hours/year approx).
