Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely completion of tasks. Lead and motivate a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports. Ensure that all materials are ordered and delivered on time to avoid delays in the construction process.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential. Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Familiarity with project management software, particularly Primavera P6, is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
