Join our team as a Construction Tutor at our Alternative Provision, where you will play a vital role in supporting small groups of students' in their learning and development. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing educational support to students, focusing on practical skills in Construction leading to certified qualification.
Duties:
- Plan and prepare engaging tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs
- Communicate effectively with students to assess their progress and address any challenges they may face
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment for students
Qualifications:
- Previous Construction experience and/or Level 2 qualification in relevant subject
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students
- A passion for educating and empowering students to reach their full potential
