A & M Group is a family owned dealership working from three sites within Bridgend, Cardigan and Carmarthen. We are responsible for the sale and aftersales support of a wide range of machinery and products within the agricultural and construction sectors.

Due to the growth of A & M Group an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Construction/Plant Sales Representative to join our enthusiastic Sales Team. This role is based at our Bridgend depot and you will also be required to be visiting customers at their premises within an established sales area with a massive potential to grow further.

The position of Construction/Plant Sales/Agricultural Representative reports into the Sales Director. You will visit new and existing customers to promote, demonstrate, quote, sell and install equipment. You should have a passion for sales, have excellent communication and customer care skills and enjoy working within a team environment. You need to be self-motivated and organised.

Previous product knowledge and sales experience are an Essential and training will be provided. Depending on how quickly you assimilate the knowledge required and after product training, we would expect you to have your own area to manage.

The right candidate should have:

Sales experience and the ability to promote new products A driving licence Excellent communication skills to deal easily with many different types of customers
Essential to have:

Previous experience in the Agricultural or Construction industry A track record in sales
