Key Responsibilities:
Support requirements gathering and documentation for T+1 change initiatives
Assist in mapping trade allocation, matching, and settlement workflows
Coordinate testing and issue tracking, ensuring readiness for shortened settlement cycles
Prepare project governance packs, minutes, and status reports.
Collaborate with operations, technology, and business teams to monitor progress.
Maintain and update RAID logs, plans, and key project artefacts.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Good understanding of securities trade lifecycle (allocations, confirmations, settlements).
Awareness of post-trade infrastructure (custodians, CCPs, CSDs).
Strong analytical and organisational skills, with an eye for process detail.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project-management tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Other beneficial skills and experiences:
Experience working in large financial institutions on T+1 or CSDR programmes
Having hands on experience of middle office processes within Securities settlement or Clearing

This is a hybrid position based in London, England. It is a 6-12 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent role. Expectations regarding hybrid working:
As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client's policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client's now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
