An exciting opportunity has arisen to join United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals Trust NHS Trust as a Consultant in Accident and Emergency Department at Lincoln County Hospital.
This is a full time 10 PA post for a Consultant in Emergency Medicine for the United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals Trust NHS Trust . The purpose of this post is to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to each individual patient who attends the department. The appointee will be required to work in a 1:15 on call rota with a 1:5 weekend frequency. The job plan will be aligned to an 85% DCC and 15% SPA split as per Trust guidance.
The Appointee will be expected, in conjunction with his / her colleagues, to provide a comprehensive clinical, supervisory, educational and training support to the Emergency Department.
This is a full time Consultant in Emergency Medicine appointment for the United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals Trust NHS Trust . The purpose of this post is to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to each individual patient who attends the department. The on call supplement is currently category A and is classed as high frequency with an on call availability supplement of 8% currently payable. If the person appointed elects to undertake a part time contract, he / she will be required to devote substantially the whole of his / her professional time to the duties of the post and to give them priority at all times.
Any applicant who is unable for personal reasons to work full time will be eligible to be considered for the post. If such a person is appointed, modification of the content will be discussed on a personal basis with the Trust in consultation with consultant colleagues.

Applicants must be on the GMC Specialist Register or within 6 months of their CCT. CESR application must be completed and submitted.
