Overview

We are launching Lucid - a law firm specialising in landlord, tenant and property.

We are seeing an increasing volume of enquiries concerning tenancy deposits (and client landlords who have not protected them / fallen-foul of the law).

We're looking for a specialist able to handle these queries on a day-to-day basis. They often turn into long-running disputes (with the other side) - so for someone wanting to generate a flow of work and able to service these disputes - the opportunity is huge.

Duties

Work with other Lucid team members to accurately identify and handle the queries Provide swift, strategic guidance to landlords and clients needing support Record work tracking in Lucid's CRM. Manage billing processes and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications

- Qualified solicitor or experience handling landlord deposit disputes

- Able to work independently and remotely

Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-500.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
