1.Handle client inquiries and convert leads regarding property management and furniture services after property purchase; provide ongoing support before rental begins.
2.Maintain strong client relationships through reception, consultation, and identifying deeper investment needs.
3.Assist the after-sales team in client communication and help convert value-added services (e.g., tax filing, licensing, insurance).
4.Support property resale efforts by following up on leads, conducting property viewings, and matching clients with suitable projects.
5.Work with the department head on business optimization and provide support to other teams as needed.
1.Bachelor's degree or above; overseas education or English major preferred.
2.Able to work in English and Cantonese; CET-6 or equivalent required. Relevant certifications (e.g., CET-6, TEM-4/8, IELTS, TOEFL) are preferred.
3.At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in customer service, investment, or real estate.
4.High level of integrity, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution, resilience under pressure, and strong communication skills.
5.Strong customer service mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
