We're looking for a

Consultant

to join our

Project Delivery Team at GoBe Consultants Ltd (part of the APEM Group)

. GoBe are specialists in environmental and planning consultancy, supporting large EIA and post consent projects and contributing to emerging opportunities in floating offshore wind and other coastal infrastructure.



As a Consultant, you'll support the delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), consent applications and compliance workstreams, while learning from experienced colleagues across the business. You'll draft reports, assist with project management tasks, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to proposals and tenders. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in environmental consultancy, gaining experience across all phases of project development while helping shape the future of offshore renewables.


To be successful in this role, you'll need:




A degree in an

environmental discipline

(ideally marine sciences) Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF software An appreciation of

marine renewable energy technologies

and their environmental interactions Attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills A professional manner and strong interpersonal skills Motivation, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving An interest in project management and project delivery

Nice to have:




An MSc in an environmental discipline (ideally marine sciences) Experience or awareness of client needs in consultancy (e.g. strategic advice, quality, programme, communication, finance)
