We are a long established and highly respected Microsoft Gold Partner with an extensive portfolio of high-profile clients that is continuing to grow.
Due to our continued growth in the Modern Work Management team, we are looking for a senior consultant who is experienced in ensuring successful definition and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions ensuring time, cost and quality expectations are successfully achieved.
The focus of the role is to deliver quality Microsoft Solutions utilising the Microsoft Power Platform as the primary technology of choice, specifically model driven apps that support Project for the web although experience delivering this is highly desirable, it is not mandatory.

We deliver enterprise solutions, but also keep a keen eye on the future strategic needs of our clients to ensure our solutions our future proofed. Further to this CPS and Microsoft are driving sustainment within businesses we work with; therefore, adoption and change management is another key aspect of our delivery.
Requirements
1 Specific Role Requirements
Knowledge of Project for the web is highly desirable as this role will focus mainly on delivering with the Project model driven app.
Ability to translate between business requirements and customer needs to deliver great digital experiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, work individually and work collaboratively with clients.
Broad understanding of the wider Microsoft Ecosystem for the Power Platform
o Power Apps - specifically model driven apps
o Power Automate
o Power Pages / Power Apps Portals
o Power BI
Understanding of supporting Microsoft technologies
o Microsoft 365
o Azure Active Directory
o SharePoint
o Microsoft Teams
Demonstrable skills in facilitating workshops, gathering and documenting requirements, translating requirements into business processes, stakeholder engagement, creative thinking, presentation and coaching.
Solid understanding of design practices and system architecture.
Progressive thinking to contribute to our products, with a potential to own the development roadmap for our solutions that we deliver to customers.

Development of business solutions using the full range of technology available within the Power Platform
o Power Apps (Canvas, Model, Pages)

Understanding and experience of how to extend the Microsoft Power Platform through professional development tools and technologies

o Azure Functions
Experience in the wider Microsoft Ecosystem and understanding of how Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure Active Directory, and other critical services play a part in business applications
