Where could you start?
Business Transformation - Help redesign how organisations work, from their processes to their tech stack.
Consulting Digital - Build tools, improve delivery and help drive innovation across RSM and our clients.
Finance Function Support - Use automation and data insights to help clients make smarter financial decisions.
Risk and Governance - Support businesses in using tech to stay compliant, reduce risk and improve operations.
Technology Assurance Digital Team - Get hands-on with cyber security and IT risk management while working towards recognised tech qualifications.
Wherever you land, you'll be part of a team that values your perspective and supports your progress.
What we're looking for:
We're not expecting you to be a digital expert. Yet. We're looking for people who are interested, motivated and curious about what's possible.
You might be:

• Interested in tech, data or automation
• Always thinking about how things could work better
• Someone who enjoys solving tricky problems
• Excited to try new tools, learn new skills and work with others
• Open to asking questions, trying things out and developing digital skills as you go

You'll need:

• 112 UCAS points from 3 A Levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification)
• Or 104 UCAS points from 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)

Please note we don't accept General Studies, AS levels or EPQs
The start date for this role is on 15 September 2026. Please note, our start dates are mandatory due to the internal and professional training you receive upon joining the firm, to offer you the best start to your career with us.
