Damira Dental Studios has grown from one small practice in Oxford to become a leading provider of high quality dental care across the country.. Our team is growing and so are our people! In line with our ever expanding ambitions, we are currently searching for a Contact Centre Administrator to join us on our venture at Damira.

Purpose of the Job



As a Contact Centre Administrator at Damira Dental Studios, you will play a vital role in supporting our practices and ensuring the efficient operation of appointment diaries.

This includes managing administrative tasks, assisting with patient recalls, collaborating with the marketing team to keep diaries busy, and working with NHS waiting lists. You will also support the Patient Care Team with follow-ups and any administrative tasks they require.

In addition, you will monitor and respond to Google reviews, manage patient plan cancellations, and contact all leavers to explore potential solutions or further engagement. You will proactively identify areas needing additional support and communicate these to the Contact Centre Manager. You will also handle outstanding practice debt and ensure effective communication across teams to maintain a seamless patient journey.

Jobs Skills Required



Essential:



Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.

Proficient in using computer systems and databases for scheduling and record-keeping.

A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Desirable:



Experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare environment.

Knowledge of NHS and private dental processes, including recalls and waiting lists.

Familiarity with dental practice management software.
