OTE: GBP \xc2\xa330,000.00/Yr. Overview: Contact Centre Advisor Lookers Customer Contact Centre - Newcastle Salary: \xc2\xa322,000 Basic \xe2\x80\x93 OTE \xc2\xa330,000 uncapped + excellent benefits Hours: Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week on a rota basis) The role is 5 days/40hrs per week with fixed rotational shift patterns set well in advance so you have room to plan. Weekend working is part of the retail experience, and you would be required to work every second weekend with time off during the week. As a sales customer advisor at our Newcastle Customer Contact Centre you will be working with our vehicle brands. Our contact centre advisors play a crucial role in delivering Lookers first class customer experiences. This is a full-time office-based role where collaboration amongst the team of advisors is essential and continual growth are key to ensuring we create a centre of excellence. The CCC has a friendly and fast paced energetic environment which is perfect for enthusiastic team players. As a Contact Centre Advisor here at Newcastle CCC you will be reporting to Steven Bell who is a highly experienced contact centre manager. Steven along with the friendly team of advisors and team leaders will be providing ongoing support to ensure that you have the tools needed to perform to the very best of your ability. You will also receive brand specific training which will enable you to progress within the business long term. You will have the pleasure of liaising with customers through telephone and digital communications to arrange both physical and virtual appointments which will result in sales.   • Provide fantastic customer service to all customers enquiring about purchasing a vehicle
  • Manage your own workload to ensure leads are followed up and customers are contacted at the correct time
  • Deal with enquiries via the telephone, email, and manufacturer platforms
  • Work towards manufacturer KPI\'s
  • Provide as much detail on the enquiry to the dealership to allow a fantastic customer experience
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be highly organised, ambitious, and have a positive can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as is a friendly and professional telephone manner and a good level of computer literacy with the ability to multitask. Full training will be provided as part of your induction and ongoing learning, allowing you to expand your knowledge of the automotive sector.
