We are looking for an Inbound and Outbound advisors to join our team at our contact centre located in Redditch. Previous contact centre experience not required (although would be beneficial) Full training will be provided. Customer service experience is preferred.


This role is working Monday to Friday on one of the following shift patterns- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:30pm.

OTE is 27,700

This is a 12 Month Contract on a Maternity cover basis

Receiving/making telephone calls Secure bookings for service, MOT and/or repairs Be knowledgeable about the services available Maximise every upsell opportunity Deliver the very highest levels of customer service
