We are recruiting enthusiastic, passionate and motivated people to join our online sales department based in Peterborough. You will be working as part of our customer service team taking a mix of inbound sales enquires, making outbound calls, liaising with our customers and being their first point of contact for enquires via telephone, email and online Live Chat. This role would be perfect for a people person who loves to work in a fast paced environment, welcomes a challenge, enjoys sales and making uncapped commission on top of their basic salary.
Main responsibilities will include
Dealing with customer enquires in a timely and professional manner
First point of contact, primarily by telephone but also by and email and LiveChat
Handle any customer service queries to satisfaction
Identify and maximise sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling through a "sales by service" approach
Maintain knowledge on: products, procedures and policies so an accurate and high level of service can be provided to customers
Escalate and record customer complaints
Update any appointments, reservations you have made on all results boards
Weekend work required
Preferred skills
Previous customer service experience in a contact centre would be desirable
Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
A strong team player with the ability to self-manage your own work load
Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
Passion for people and customer service.
A natural desire to help others and assist where possible relevant experience.
