Assistant Manager - Customer Contact Centre (Sales & Aftersales)



Location: Office-based with national travel

OTE 50K, Plus Company Car

Full-time | Shift-based (08:00-19:00) | Includes weekends & bank holidays

In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of Team Leaders across Sales and Aftersales, championing a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. You'll be the bridge between strategy and service, ensuring our customers and stakeholders receive nothing short of exceptional.

What you'll be doing:



Inspiring and developing Team Leaders to smash targets and deliver top-tier service Building strong relationships with stakeholders and OEM partners Driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives Leading by example with confident, consistent, and collaborative leadership Owning KPIs and performance metrics with a sharp eye for improvement

What we're looking for:



Proven leadership in a fast-paced contact centre (automotive a plus!) Strong grasp of sales & aftersales processes Confident communicator and stakeholder influencer Skilled in performance management, coaching, and team development Tech-savvy with CRM and MS Office know-how
