, you will be processing inbound sales orders via telephone & email in a fast paced busy sales office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via the telephone & email Track and follow up customer requests. Logging customer calls and resolving complaints and escalating to Team Leader Gathering project pricing for customers. Making sure daily office jobs/admin tasks are complete Ordering goods from suppliers and other company branches across the group to complete orders. Provide courteous service and expert advice to customers Follow GDPR rules and regulations

Requirements:

Computer/keyboard skills and ability to learn sales and ordering systems operation Good verbal communication skills & Ability to build relationships
