Customer Service Sales Advisors

to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Engaging with existing customers via outbound and inbound calls to arrange MOTs, services, and maintenance bookings. Promoting and selling

service plan products

with genuine enthusiasm and confidence. Managing enquiries across

phone, email, and SMS

- delivering outstanding service every time. Following up on

vehicle health checks

to identify and secure additional bookings. Using persuasive sales techniques to

maximise revenue

and hit (or exceed!) your personal and team targets. Building trust and rapport with every customer while collaborating closely with internal teams. Accurately recording and updating customer information across multiple

CRM systems.


What we are looking for:

A

natural people person

- confident, engaging, and persuasive. Someone who thrives in a

target-driven, fast-paced

contact centre or sales environment. Experience in

outbound calling, telesales, or customer service

is ideal. Knowledge of the

motor industry

is a plus - but we'll provide full training. A team player who keeps customers at the heart of every interaction. Comfortable using

CRM and diary systems

to manage calls, bookings, and follow-ups.
