The Role:



The Content and Events Executive role is to drive engagement and growth by creating engaging content across multiple channels and managing industry events.

The position develops written and visual materials that showcase Tetra's value proposition while coordinating conferences, webinars, and networking events from planning to execution.

Location - Homebased

Salary - 30,000 - 40,000


Duties include:



Create written content including case studies, guides, blog posts, and marketing materials that showcase Tetra's value proposition. Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce technical content and thought leadership pieces. Manage content calendars and publishing schedules to ensure consistent messaging across websites, social media, email campaigns and internal communications. Plan and coordinate events including conferences, webinars and networking events from concept through to completion. Manage event logistics including venue selection, invite management, on-site coordination and technical requirements. Develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials to drive attendance and engagement. Optimise content for SEO and track performance metrics to improve content effectiveness Analyse and report on event performance and lead generation outcomes Use data and KPIs to continuously optimise campaigns and content strategy

Skills and Experience Required:



Essential Skills:



Entry level or graduate marketing experience Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) Experience with Content Management Systems (specifically WordPress) Strong written communication skills Analytical mindset Strong interpersonal skills Project management capabilities Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation

Desired Skills:



Experience using design software (Canva and Adobe InDesign) or willingness to learn Some understanding of property, health & safety, or compliance environments Experience with performance metrics analysis and reporting
