We're looking for a

Content & Brand Media Manager

to capture, document, and share our story. From boardrooms to airports, big client wins to behind the scenes chaos, you'll make sure Sage Marketing and its leadership are front and centre on social media, building a personal and company brand that carries real value when the time comes to exit.

This is a role for someone who wants

- not a desk job. Expect long days, international travel, and the chance to build something that makes waves far beyond West Sussex.

Document the journey

: film, photograph, and create content that captures Sage Marketing's growth story.

Create & edit content

: produce high-quality short and long-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Manage social channels

: schedule, post, and monitor both company and leadership team accounts.

Shape the brand

: help position Sage Marketing and its founders as thought leaders in business, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Travel & capture

: attend events, client meetings, and international trips, turning experiences into compelling content.

Experiment & innovate

: keep us ahead of the curve with trends in social media, video, and brand storytelling.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in

photography, videography, and editing

(portfolio required). Proficiency with

Adobe Creative Cloud

(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom). Social media savvy: you know what works on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. A natural storyteller with an eye for detail. Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working at pace with long or irregular days. Ambitious - someone who wants to grow as the company grows.
