We strive to provide unbiased and accurate information regarding all of the projects, as well as answer any questions you may have about the process of investing/buying a pre-construction unit for yourself.

Position Overview
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to oversee and manage Precondo's content creation and publishing process. This role involves coordinating writers, editors, and designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the content calendar.
• Coordinate with article writers and editors to assign topics and track deadlines.
• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and SEO optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business objectives.
• Monitor performance of published content and suggest improvements.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and style across all platforms.

Ideal Profile
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content coordinator, content manager, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent editing and proofreading abilities.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
