Key Responsibilities:
Create and Execute:
Develop and implement engaging content strategies that include social media content creation, video marketing, and visual storytelling. Focus on producing compelling video assets, imagery, and multimedia content that align with client objectives and resonate with diverse audiences.
Growth and Learning:
Stay ahead in the evolving landscape of content creation and video marketing by continuously enhancing your skills. Leverage hands-on experience, formal training, and experimentation with new formats and tools to expand your creative capabilities.
Technology and Tools Mastery:
Master a range of content creation tools such as the Adobe Suite and video editing software, along with website CMS platforms. Adapt quickly to new technologies and techniques to produce high-quality content and maximize the impact of video marketing efforts.
Multi-Channel Content Production:
Oversee the creation of diverse content types across various channels, including social media, website content, paid social ads, and print advertising. Work on projects that range from video shoots and editing to designing graphics for both digital and print use, and coordinating visual content for events.
Collaboration and Communication:
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop cohesive content plans. Tailor your approach to meet varied needs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
Data-Driven Strategies:
Analyse performance data from videos, social media posts, and other content to refine strategies. Use insights to optimize content and video assets, enhancing reach, engagement, and overall digital presence.

The Apprenticeship:
This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:
Campaign management;
Content creation;
Social Media marketing;
Digital and traditional communications;
Brand management;
Communication skills;
Project Management;
And much, much more.
All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you're finished on the apprenticeship you'll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
