art.quarter is launching a two-week Content Creation Pilot Program, and we're looking for creative, motivated individuals who want to build real-world skills in digital content and social media. This immersive, studio-based program is designed to help you develop confidence, creativity, and practical experience, with guidance from experienced TikTok and YouTube creators.

This opportunity is ideal for aspiring creators, students, or anyone looking to explore content creation in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Program Details

Start Date: Monday 12th January Duration: 2 weeks (Monday-Friday) Schedule: 11:30am - 5:30pm Location: art.quarter, Digbeth, Birmingham Perks: Free food provided daily
What You'll Be Doing

Attending daily workshops led by experienced TikTok & YouTube creators Creating short-form and long-form digital content Learning filming, editing, storytelling, and platform growth strategies Collaborating with other creatives in a studio environment Experimenting with ideas and receiving structured feedback
Who We're Looking For

A strong interest in content creation, social media, or digital marketing Comfortable on camera or interested in behind-the-scenes roles Open to feedback and willing to learn Able to commit to the full two-week program No formal experience required -- enthusiasm and creativity are key

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a brief, basic-level assessment as part of onboarding. This is solely to identify any support needs and tailor guidance during the program. All information remains confidential and results will not be shared.
