About SCEND

SCEND is one of the UK's fastest-growing eCommerce fulfilment companies, helping DTC brands deliver exceptional experiences from order to delivery. We work with high-growth consumer brands in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle -- products people love and trust.

We're scaling rapidly, and we're building a team that matches our pace -- one that is ambitious, creative, and dedicated to doing things properly.

The Role

We're looking for an

ambitious, creative Content Creator / Head of Content

who's ready to tell the real story behind SCEND -- the people, the movement, and the details that make it all happen.

You'll be the heartbeat of our visual storytelling: capturing, editing, and producing photo and video content that shows what goes on behind the scenes in an authentic, exciting way.

We want someone who

cares deeply about the craft

-- someone who sweats the small stuff. Every frame, every edit, every caption matters. The right angles, lighting, and tone can make all the difference, and you'll take pride in getting them right.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and produce creative content ideas that tell the SCEND story in fresh, engaging ways. Capture high-quality videos and photography showcasing our people, processes, and culture. Edit and deliver short-form videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Maintain and evolve SCEND's visual identity and storytelling style across all platforms. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce content for campaigns, the website, and client collaborations. Keep a close eye on social trends, and push creative boundaries while staying authentic to the brand.

Pay attention to the details that others miss

-- from framing and sound design to the way our story feels.

What We're Looking For

Ambitious & Driven:

You want to create, grow, and be part of something special.

Positive Energy:

You bring a can-do attitude and lift the people around you.

Detail-Oriented:

You take pride in your work and believe the small details separate good from great.

Creative Eye:

You see stories and visuals where others see routine.

Technical Skills:

Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) Photography (composition, lighting, camera operation) Strong understanding of social platforms and how to make content perform

Local Presence:

Must be able to work full-time from our office.
Experience is a

bonus

, not a barrier. If you've got the drive, passion, and attention to detail, we'll help you develop the rest.

What Success Looks Like

Consistently creating

high-quality, authentic content

that captures what makes SCEND unique.

Planning and executing

new content ideas that excite our audience and our team. Producing content that looks professional, feels genuine, and drives engagement. Representing SCEND's

brand, culture, and attention to detail

in every visual you produce.

Why Join SCEND?

This is your chance to

build the content function from scratch

, take ownership of the brand's creative direction, and be part of a team that's bold, fast, and full of energy.

We believe in doing things properly -- from how we serve our clients to how we tell our story.
If you're passionate about creativity, obsessed with detail, and love bringing ideas to life, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with a company that's going places.
