About the Role:



This role exists to bring the 501 Fun brand to life through engaging, high-quality video and visual content across digital platforms. You'll be a key part of the Marketing team, leading the creation, execution, and performance of content that elevates brand awareness, showcases product experiences, and inspires audiences across B2B and B2C channels. This is an opportunity to shape how the world sees and engages with 501 Fun.

Core Responsibilities:



Content Creation & Production



Film, direct, and edit compelling videos and photos for product marketing, social media, onboarding, and training. Lead the full production process from ideation and scripting to post-production and publishing. Create venue-based content by capturing real-life product use, customer interviews, and installations. Produce promotional visuals for the website, sales decks, and event collateral. Support cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) with clear, engaging visual content.

Social Media Management & Strategy



Develop platform-specific, on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Co-manage daily channel activity, ensuring timely, consistent, and engaging posts. Launch and lead TikTok strategy driving creativity, virality, and relevance. Plan and maintain the content calendar with strategic guidance from Head of Marketing aligned to product updates, marketing campaigns, and industry events.

Events & Campaigns



Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to capture live and post-event content. Work closely with the team to generate real-time social coverage and post-event highlights. Bring bold, creative ideas to campaign planning and experiment with new formats and trends.

Performance & Reporting



Monitor and report on the performance of video and social content, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future output. Support paid campaign content creation and assist with visual ad optimisation.

Creative Thinking

: Able to translate brand values into fresh, inspiring content.

Copywriting Confidence

: Capable of crafting concise, compelling captions and scripts that connect with audiences.

Editing & Design Proficiency

: Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).

Social Platform Expertise

: Deep understanding of platform trends, algorithms, audiences, and best practices.

Project Ownership

: Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with independence and accountability.

Interpersonal Communication

: Comfortable directing shoots and interviews with professionalism and approachability.

Technical Fluency

: Confident with modern photography/videography equipment and workflows.

Motion graphics and animation skills
