video-first content role
, ideal for someone who can take a campaign from idea to execution, planning, filming, editing and publishing high-quality video across YouTube, social media, and our website.
Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you'll also write blog content, build out our visual asset library, and help shape the brand's storytelling across digital channels.
Whether you're behind a camera, crafting a killer reel, or bringing fresh campaign ideas to life, we want someone who can do, not just plan. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and filled with variety.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and produce video content for case studies, customer interviews, installs, products, timelapse videos, and ads
Edit video for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Assist with production for TV advertising campaigns
Write supporting blog articles and webpage content to enhance video visibility
Capture and organise a growing library of brand photography and video assets
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm campaigns and creative concepts
Manage and update video and written content through our website
Occasionally support creative projects for our sister digital marketing agency
Experience & Skills Required
A strong portfolio showcasing
video work and photography
Proven experience creating and editing video content for social media or YouTube
Strong knowledge of video production (lighting, sound, editing, basic motion graphics)
Solid understanding of social media content strategy and campaign goals
Ability to write clear, engaging copy for blogs and web pages
Experience using CMS platforms like WordPress
Someone proactive, organised and full of idea
Highly organised with strong project and time management skills
Ability to work independently and drive creative projects forward
Full UK driving licence and access to transport
Ideally owns a camera kit (camera, tripod, gimbal etc.)
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
Basic SEO understanding for content visibility
Experience creating content for TV or regional broadcast
Use of AI tools
Photography skills and understanding of visual composition
