The Role

We're seeking a creative powerhouse who can turn product features into compelling narratives and transform technical specs into scroll-stopping visuals. You'll help define and elevate the organic digital voice of

Apeer

,

Silka

,

Avera

, and

Ace Fixings

--creating video content that resonates with homeowners, architects, installers, and trade professionals alike.

What You'll Do

Develop engaging organic content for social media, email campaigns and blogs across all four brands. Create short-form videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes stories that highlight craftsmanship, performance, and innovation. Collaborate on branding campaigns and product messaging strategies. Work closely within the marketing and product development teams to communicate A++ energy efficiency, sleek Silka Aluminium design, Avera's premium aesthetics, and the trade expertise behind Ace Fixings. Write clear, emotionally resonant copy tailored to varied audiences--from design-focused homeowners to technical trade professionals. Closely monitor performance metrics and optimise content for maximum reach and engagement. Stay ahead of trends in home design, architecture, lifestyle, and digital storytelling. Reply to audience queries generated by your content across all platforms.

What You Bring

A portfolio showcasing your flair for video storytelling, visual creativity, and brand-centric content. Experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management. A strong understanding of brand tone, audience segmentation, and engagement tactics. Strong familiarity with AI content tools, and the ability to integrate them effectively into the content creation process. Basic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar). A passion for home improvement, architecture, design, or lifestyle branding is a definite plus!
