Role: Content Creator (Full-Time Contractor, UK-Based)

Company: Skrybe World Limited

Application closing date: 03-August-2025

Summary

Join Skrybe, a UK-based startup revolutionising aesthetics with premium skin markers, as a full-time Content Creator. You'll produce a consistent stream of engaging short-form videos and striking images for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, driving a global audience to connect and share. We're looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking creator who brings fresh ideas and a bold approach to storytelling, shooting, and editing. Collaborate with our Social Media Manager, network with creators, and enjoy the freedom to push creative boundaries without micromanagement. If you're passionate about digital trends and eager to grow with a disruptive brand, this is your chance to make an impact.

What You'll Do

Create Shareable Content: Deliver a steady flow of original short-form videos and captivating images optimised for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube to spark engagement. Unleash Your Creativity: Use storytelling, visuals, or any medium to craft daring, attention-grabbing content that reflects Skrybe's innovative spirit. Own the Entire Production Process: Shoot and edit high-quality videos independently, using your own professional equipment to manage camera work, lighting, and audio for polished results. Build Networks: Connect with other creators and source content leads to amplify Skrybe's influence. Collaborate: Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align content with campaign goals and maximise reach. Interpret Briefs: Translate high-level concepts into compelling video content that supports Skrybe's brand vision. Plan Shoots: Handle talent scheduling, logistics, and pre-production for seamless execution. Optimise for Platforms: Tailor content to each platform's unique requirements for maximum impact. Manage Footage: Organise and archive raw footage efficiently for repurposing and re-editing. Innovate: Use feedback to refine content and repurpose footage into fresh videos without additional shoots. Deliver on Time: Meet deadlines with a consistent output of content, demonstrating strong time management. Communicate Clearly: Maintain consistent, professional communication with the social media team to stay aligned on goals.

Who You Are

A dynamic creator with a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to produce engaging content, including storytelling, shooting, and editing skills.

Skilled in filmmaking and videography, with proficiency in camera operation, lighting, sound capture, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro). Highly creative and innovative, with a proven ability to produce shareable content across multiple platforms, as demonstrated in your portfolio. Based in the UK, ideally in London, with a passion for digital trends and a drive to build connections in the creative community. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in an autonomous role while embracing collaboration.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: 28,000 to 33,000 per year, with opportunities for growth as the company scales. Impact: Shape the voice of a startup poised to disrupt aesthetics, working with a passionate, forward-thinking team. Support: Travel expenses covered and freedom to explore your creative potential. Autonomy: No micromanagement--just the space to let your ideas flourish. Growth: Opportunities to develop your skills and career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
