We're looking for a talented, self-starting

Content Creator

to help build the presence of

Domain Boutique Rooms

, our new design-led boutique hotel in the heart of Lancaster. You'll be working with us on two types of work:

Ongoing content creation

for regular Instagram and TikTok posts

Project-based work

like producing hero video content for our website or marketing campaigns
You'll be helping us tell stories about our spaces, our guests, and the local area - and you'll bring creative flair and original ideas to the table. You may also support content across our other businesses over time.

What you'll be doing:

Creating high-quality photo and video content for social media (especially Instagram & TikTok) Capturing local events, businesses, and the vibe of Lancaster Editing short-form video and photography to suit each platform Working on larger one-off projects like website videos or branded content Collaborating with our team on ideas, campaigns, and content planning
What we're looking for:

Proven experience creating native content for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, etc.) Strong video and photography skills, including editing A good eye for aesthetics and storytelling Based in or near Lancaster - this is essential Independent, reliable, and full of ideas Written content skills are a bonus but not essential
Essential:

In your application you must include links to examples of your work

- Instagram profiles, TikTok accounts, YouTube, portfolios, etc (we won't be able to consider any applications that don't include this as we can't judge what you can do).

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 100.00-150.32 per day
