NI Property Girl is a fast-growing property business with a strong online brand. We're looking for a creative and highly organised Content Creator to take charge of producing content across all our social channels. We have grown our following to over 70,000 and we want some help growing it further.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being behind the camera, knows what works on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, and is confident turning big ideas into polished, engaging videos and posts.

What you'll be doing:

Filming and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) Producing behind-the-scenes content during site visits and events Creating image posts, stories, and captions across Meta platforms Repurposing long-form content into clips for social Maintaining a consistent posting schedule across all platforms Tracking performance and suggesting improvements Managing our media files and ensuring brand consistency

You'll need to be:

Creative and full of ideas, but also able to follow a brief Comfortable using a camera and creating content in real time Proficient with Meta tools (Instagram, Facebook Business Suite etc) Skilled in video editing software (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere or similar) A good communicator - confident working with different team members Organised, consistent and not afraid to take initiative

Bonus if you:

Have experience creating content in a business or property setting Understand the basics of ad creative for Meta Are comfortable directing others on camera and making them feel at ease
