Outline Scope & Purpose of Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team in Dinnington. This role is ideal for a graduate (e.g., English, Communications, Marketing, or related field) or someone at the early stage of their content career who is eager to develop their skills.

You will be responsible for creating engaging written content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, and website copy. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you'll help us craft content that informs, inspires, and connects with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Write and edit high-quality content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website pages. Conduct research to generate ideas and ensure accuracy of information. Tailor content to suit different audiences and platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and marketing initiatives. Proofread and fact-check materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Monitor performance of content (e.g., engagement, reach) and suggest improvements.

About You

A graduate (English or related discipline) or someone with strong writing skills looking to begin a career in content creation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and detail. Creative thinker with an enthusiasm for producing engaging content. Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines effectively. Interest in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media.
