OVERVIEW
We're on the hunt for a Content Creator who combines exceptional writing skills with a flair for visual storytelling. This role is perfect for someone who can create engaging content across various platforms and isn't afraid to represent brands on camera!
This role will cover different elements of the marketing spectrum - including social media, SEO, and data-driven insights, but you don't need to be an expert in them all. Full training will be provided, so let us teach you a thing or two.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you'll be working on all types of clients - from small, local businesses to large, international brands, across various industries. We can guarantee that no two days will ever be the same.

Managing client relationships by serving as a point of contact, understanding their business needs, and ensuring that their objectives are met.
Collaborating with the wider team to develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that aligns with client goals and audience needs.
Monitoring and analysing content performance metrics to optimise and improve content strategies.
Producing high-quality written content for blogs, articles, social media posts, website copy, newsletters, and more.
Developing engaging video content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
Developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Analysing marketing metrics and performance, and using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement, leads, and conversions.
Implementing on-page SEO best practices including keyword research, meta descriptions, title tags, and header optimisation to improve search engine rankings.
Staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.
Participating in regular training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Managing client relationships by understanding their business needs, and ensuring their objectives are met.
SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Effective client communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and strategies.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their respective best practices.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
Confident and charismatic on-camera presence.
Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and open to feedback and new ideas.
NICE TO HAVE
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools for content scheduling and analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
