The Role

We are looking for a Content Creator with a passion for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role is all about producing fun, creative, trend-driven short-form content that performs. You'll take ideas from concept to camera -- filming, editing, and posting-ready content that captures attention and tells stories in seconds.

You'll be primarily based in our Dorset studio, with occasional location shoots (all travel and accommodation provided). All equipment is provided.

Responsibilities

Create short-form video content optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Spot and jump on platform trends, audio, and creative formats to maximise reach. Script, film, and edit content that feels authentic and engaging. Work with the wider Hemera Creative team to brainstorm and storyboard campaign content. Edit quickly for multiple platforms, tailoring formats and aspect ratios. Capture behind-the-scenes footage during studio and client shoots. Keep up-to-date with social media trends, memes, and cultural moments.
Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts -- both as a user and a creator. Proven experience filming and editing content for social (portfolio or examples required). Proficiency with editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar). Confident in front of and behind the camera when needed. Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
What We Offer

13.50-17 per hour (depending on experience). Flexible hours: 10-40 hours per week. Studio-based role with occasional location shoots (travel & accommodation covered). All equipment provided.
