Content Creator

to create captivating content that connects, converts, and builds our brand identity. You must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and ready to roll up your sleeves and work hard!

What You'll Do

Create & Curate Stunning Content

Shoot, and edit visually rich, on-brand content for social media and YouTube. Write magnetic captions, product stories, and blog content that bring our voice to life. Produce multi-purpose videos that educate and entertain. Ensure everything you create is on brand and aligns with marketing and business goals.
Be Our Eyes & Ears On the Ground

Attend county shows up and down the country to capture behind-the-scenes content, customer moments, and real-time magic from our sales stands. Attend bi-monthly location shoots to capture seasonal and campaign content. Build a treasure trove of lifestyle and brand footage to fuel future campaigns.
Work Collaboratively

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from marketing and creative to senior leadership - so clear, confident and timely communication and a team spirit are essential. Adopt our culture of enthusiasm, hard work, creativity, positivity, feedback, and experimentation. This is not a hybrid role, you will be based on-site in Winsford 5 days a week.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years experience in content creation and social media (bonus if in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle). Experience in sales-driven, product-based content creation. Experience in brand awareness, storytelling content creation. A strong creative eye with experience producing both visual and written content. Confident in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and social scheduling platforms. A natural storyteller who knows how to make content that feels human, helpful, and highly shareable. Excited to travel (UK only) for shows, shoots and events. Bonus: You're confident on camera or have experience producing content with talent.
