Web Content Manager - Gym Equipment Business
Muscleiq is a fast-growing gym equipment company supplying premium home and commercial fitness products across the UK. We're passionate about delivering a high-quality online shopping experience and presenting our products clearly, professionally, and consistently across our website.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Web Content Manager to take ownership of our website content, ensuring all product pages and site content are accurate, well-structured, on-brand, and optimised for customer experience and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Edits and retouches product photos
Creates and edits product videos
Develops 3D models of products (from CAD or reference)
Produces 3D animations (rotations, feature highlights, explainer visuals)
Prepares content for websites, e-commerce, ads, and social media
Ensures visuals align with brand and marketing goals
Maintain consistent formatting, tone of voice, and layout across all product and website pages.
Manage and prepare product imagery, diagrams, and content modules in collaboration with design and marketing.
Ensure all content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with stock, pricing, and product changes.
Optimise content for SEO and on-site conversion (headings, structure, clarity).
Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure content reflects real customer needs and questions.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities across the website and proactively suggest enhancements.
Maintain content standards and support the ongoing improvement of the website experience.
Requirements
Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience writing or managing website or product content (e-commerce experience preferred).
Comfortable working with CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify, WordPress, or similar).
Good understanding of content structure, usability, and customer-focused writing.
Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple updates and priorities.
Confident working independently while collaborating with a wider team.
Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus (but not essential).
Interest in fitness or gym equipment is beneficial but not required.
Working Hours
Standard hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break.
