Content & Lead Generation Marketing Manager
This role will be key to turbo-charging our growth plans by generating demand for our cutting-edge technology and insight solutions.
This is a varied role with a high degree of autonomy to test and learn which activities will get the best results. You will need to have an eye for great content and the ability to write impactful copy whilst also being digitally savvy and adept at optimising lead generation campaigns through tools like HubSpot.
We want more than just a good operator, we want someone with the confidence, dynamism and force-of-will to demonstrate how we can do things differently to achieve outstanding results.
Collaborate with internal experts to create, manage and execute value-add content.
Launch a CRM nurturing programme that will attract users and trigger inbounds.
Keep a finger on the pulse of our target audience, industry trends and competitors.
Digital & Social Champion
Manage content distribution platforms to maximise the impact of our assets.
Optimise messaging, design and user-journeys of our wordpress website.
Monthly reporting and analysis of key lead gen metrics.
Events & Trade Show Activation
Manage our Global events & trade show calendar including creating bespoke VIP events.
Work with Sales team to ensure we convert conversations into opportunities.
Note: will involve travel to Europe and North America to attend events.
Lead Generation Process & ROI Reporting
Integrate and utilise Salesforce and Hubspot platforms into all activities.
Generate reports and analysis to optimise lead generation and conversion metrics.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Experience working in B2B Content Marketing or Lead Generation.
Experience in Consumer Research, Data Analytics or Technology businesses would be a bonus.
Digital and Content savvy - experience at creating and adapting assets to distribute on content channels.
HubSpot and Salesforce - experience of integrating lead gen platforms into activities to streamline efficiencies and reporting.
Strong copy writing skills - the ability to simplify complex messaging and craft compelling headlines and narratives.
Confident, outgoing & pro-active - comfortable at managing and cajoling senior stakeholders as well as interacting with potential clients.
Results driven - the data never lies; a continuous improvement mindset through effective objective setting and reporting.
Juggler extraordinaire - the ability to balance multiple work streams and priorities.
