The Role:

As one of the Content Managers, you will play a key role in creating impactful content for our health and wellness programmes against your assigned pillar. Our current health pillars are Physical Activity, Nutrition, Sleep, and Emotional Wellbeing. If you're passionate about creating engaging, informative content that makes a real difference, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop content plans based on briefs from Medical & Science teams to deliver health outcomes and pillar improvements.
Manage end-to-end content creation--project management, briefing expert writers, and content delivery.
Oversee content production with external partners across various formats (video, audio, graphics, etc.).
Collaborate with CRM teams to plan ongoing content for user engagement.
Track performance metrics, using data to optimise content and improve user experience.
Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Manage content production budgets and oversee project timelines using tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.

The Person:
Essential:
Proven experience in content management, marketing, or brand management.
Desirable:
Passion for health tech or wellness content, with a background in digital product environments.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.
Proven ability to track content performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
