The opportunity ?
We know that creating engaging and effective content in our channels and through our proprietary products is a key part of building a great customer experience and ultimately driving business value. As we expand our owned channels, we're looking for someone to set and execute on a strategy for using content to drive search-engine and app-store optimisation, product conversion and long-term customer engagement, in line with our ambition to build the world's best loyalty website and App.

Join AVIOS as a Digital Content Manager and deliver the creation of compelling digital experiences across our multicategory retail and travel loyalty platform. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer journeys that drive engagement, loyalty, and commercial success whilst maintaining our platform's unique position.
This role is based out of our London/Warrington office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend -- it's about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list.
What you'll get up to
Content DeliveryExecute end-to-end content strategy development for homepage experiences, category pages, and customer touchpoints across our retail and travel verticals Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Trading teams to deliver content that supports quarterly business objectives and seasonal campaigns Ensure all content aligns with AVIOS's brand positioning and loyalty proposition whilst meeting legal and regulatory requirements


Customer Journey OptimisationDesign and optimise digital customer journeys that seamlessly integrate retail and travel experiences Utilise data-driven insights to enhance content performance and conversion rates across multiple customer touchpoints Balance social-native content experiences with customer expectations of a comprehensive loyalty platform
Performance & AnalyticsDevelop and execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve content effectiveness Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations Create regular reporting on content engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction measures

What we need from you Proven track record in digital content management, ideally within retail, travel, or loyalty sectors Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content across multiple formats and channels Experience with content management systems, analytics tools, and A/B testing platforms Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into engaging digital content Innovative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas for our diverse customer base Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple concurrent initiatives Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across diverse stakeholder groups Data-driven mindset with experience in content performance analysis and optimisation Understanding of loyalty programme mechanics and customer retention strategies Experience with personalisation and segmentation in content delivery Knowledge of travel and retail industry trends and customer behaviours Strong knowledge of content tooling and it's effective use - we use Contentful as our CMS and Bynder as our DAM Experience working within an agile product organisation You'll be passionate about your area of expertise, keeping abreast of current/ future trends and best practice in digital and content design Strong focus on equity, diversity and inclusion to drive the highest performing teams
