ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Execution



Develop, plan, and execute social media content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Create engaging, brand-aligned social media copy tailored to platform and audience Conduct content audits to identify gaps, duplication and opportunities for performance improvements Perform web content audits to assess structure, messaging and brand alignment Write engaging blog content that educates, ranks, and converts Write display campaign content for Meta, Google Display, TikTok and more Maintain and evolve the brand voice across all content touchpoints for each client Collaborate with design and SEO teams to ensure content works beautifully and ranks effectively Manage content calendars and cross-platform scheduling

PPC & Performance



Create and optimise written content for PPC campaigns (copy for search, display, shopping, etc.) Understand, analyse and manage PPC campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Shopping, Google Display, etc. Report on performance metrics, offer insights and iterate campaigns based on results Work with the digital marketing team to ensure campaigns are cohesive, strategic and ROI-driven

You'll thrive in this role if you:



Have 3+ years of experience in content marketing and/or PPC campaign management Proven experience creating social media and blog content for marketing or ecommerce brands. Strong copywriting and storytelling ability with attention to brand voice. Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools. Are confident running content audits. Understand the balance between tone of voice, engagement and performance Are comfortable owning campaign performance and working cross-functionally Know your way around Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager Can switch styles and tones to suit a high-end B2B brand one minute, and a cheeky ecommerce disruptor the next Are proactive, switched-on, and able to spot opportunities for improvement without being asked
