Content, Marketing & Admin Person For Vintage Clothing Business
Job Description
Vintage Superstore is a vintage clothing business hosting weekly kilo sales around the UK. We also run an e-commerce website and sell bulk vintage to traders.
We are looking for a marketing assistant and content creator to join our Sheffield office. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for design, image and videography skills to create content for social media and paid adverts. You'll also need a really good knowledge of all social media platforms.
Full time is preferred but can be flexible for the right person.
You will be part of a small team, planning, promoting and running our events and e-commerce site to a high standard. Some content will need to be grabbed at weekends but this is generally a Mon-Fri 9-5 position.
Candidates will need have good customer service skills to deal with press, venues, traders and customers.
Interest and knowledge of vintage fashion and current trends is highly beneficial.
Work is in our Sheffield City Centre office, although some work from home and flexitime will be possible once you are settled and trained.
Day to Day duties
- Creating ad designs for each event including static and video images
- Creating branded content for our e-commerce site
- Answering customer comments and emails on social media platforms
- Sending customer mail outs
- Writing and sending out press releases
- Regular content creation for social media platforms
- finding and visiting new venues
- Liasing with venues
- Ordering and organising kit to send out at weekends
- Recording some customer content on odd weekend days, not very frequently
