How You'll Make an Impact



As our Content Marketing Director, you will lead the creation and execution of content strategies that drive demand for our in-market sales teams. This position involves crafting engaging stories about new trends such as CTV, retail media, and targeting based on AI technology. This role is critical in crafting how our brand and solutions are perceived and ensures our marketing content aligns with our business objectives.

Reporting into the VP, International Marketing, you'll be pivotal in translating technical solutions into clear, market-relevant stories that resonate locally. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales and regional leaders to craft compelling narratives for our buyers.

What You'll Achieve



Lead the International content marketing strategy across channels (web, social, email) to drive greater awareness of and demand for our solutions. Create compelling content assets (blogs, reports, case studies, videos) that generate demand and support pipeline growth. Partner with demand generation teams and external agencies to devise campaign messaging and content that fuels lead acquisition. Coordinate with sales and district teams to secure a harmonized calendar of pertinent and impactful content. Deliver robust messaging frameworks and sales enablement materials that support our sales teams and resonate with our target buyers. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt messaging for international markets. Defining clear positioning tailored to brand marketers. Position the company as an industry leader through authoritative content and identifying trends and insights that inform core content themes and topics. Optimize content for SEO and conversion across digital platforms. Deliver reporting to analyse content engagement and lead attribution to demonstrate value and refine future content strategy.


Who You Are



What you'll bring with you

: + Validated experience in content marketing or communications preferably within ad tech, mar tech or digital media.
+ Shown success in developing compelling content that drives engagement.
+ Experience working with international markets and adapting strategies for regional relevance.
+ Exceptional storytelling, messaging and positioning skills, you can articulate complex technology in a clear, compelling way.
+ Strong cross-functional collaboration with a track record of building trust and alignment across sales and marketing teams.

Why you might stand out from other talent

: + Understanding of retail media and / or the digital advertising ecosystem
+ Experience launching new ad tech or martech products across multiple markets
