Content Marketing Executive (Social Media)
Location: Manchester - Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
Reporting to: Director of Marketing & Business Development

What you'll be doing:
? Content Creation
  • Producing eye-catching social media content - including video, photography, and motion graphics
  • Capturing real moments from events, team culture, and day-to-day life
  • Crafting content that's strategic, brand-aligned, and tailored for different audiences
Asset Development
  • Designing and managing brand assets such as brochures, pitch decks and presentations
  • Using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create polished visuals
  • Supporting with photography and video editing for campaigns
Social & Digital Channel Management
  • Owning the day-to-day running of LinkedIn and Instagram accounts
  • Planning, scheduling and publishing content to boost reach and engagement
  • Monitoring performance and using insights to refine strategy
  • Updating website content to keep it fresh and engaging
Collaboration & Support
  • Working closely with the Marketing & BD team on campaigns and events
  • Managing brand guidelines and internal resources
  • Liaising with external creatives including designers, videographers and photographers
  • Keeping on top of marketing and social media trends in the legal sector and beyond
What we're looking for:
  • A proactive, detail-oriented communicator with creative flair
  • Strong social media and digital marketing experience (LinkedIn and Instagram essential)
  • Skilled in visual content creation - ideally with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • A passion for brand, design and storytelling
