Are you a hands-on marketing manager with second to none copywriting and asset creation experience and a passion to learn about products and solutions? As a

Content Marketing Manager,

you will help drive the commercial success of SHL by empowering the business with exceptional knowledge of our market-leading Solutions and offerings and creating content assets derived from our solution messaging, tools and resources. This role is pivotal in writing or utilizing existing content, designing and creating assets aligned to the strategy of each Solution and shared with the global and field marketing teams.

This is a 6 month FTC opportunity

What you will be doing:

Work with Global Campaigns and Creative function, partnering closely with peers in the Global Marketing organisation, Solutions Group stakeholders and other global functions.

Develop a deep knowledge of our solutions within our existing portfolio and all new solutions in development Create compelling content that reflects our solution messaging, positioning and value to the market - ranging from solution descriptions to campaign assets, explainer copy and more Build close partnerships with Solution Owners who are accountable for the development and ongoing update of our solutions and with peers in the Global marketing organization and sales enablement Specific focus and attention to our Campaigns function ensuring alignment, messaging synergies and go to market strategies Maintain and oversee content librariesacross platforms such as Sharepoint and HighSpot, ensuring that assets and content are relevant, findable and up to date Track and improve the performance and impact of content and assets created and refine where necessary

What we are looking for from you:

Essential:

Substantial marketing, content / product marketing or copywriting experience Strong writing and editing know-how Collaborative and curious mindset with a want to learn attitude

Desirable:

Familiarity with tools like Eloqua, Synthesia, Canva and HighSpot

You must have the right to work in the UK.
