Vavoom is seeking a Marketing Manager to formalise our marketing function in the business. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful applicant will have a particular skill for creating and maximising B2B content.

The role
Vavoom operates as a trusted partner to its customers. They rely on us to provide expert advice, innovative solutions and excellent outcomes in the management of their car and van fleets. Our approach to market is as a leasing broker, leveraging our panel of funder partners to provide the best outcome for our customers.
As Marketing Manager you will work alongside the Commercial Director to enhance the existing strategy, define the deliverables and create the content that will drive customer acquisition.
While this role is heavily focussed on content creation it includes the responsibility for more generalist marketing activities including social media campaigns, events, website and brand management.
What you'll be doing
Reviewing, creating and developing marketing content to showcase the businesses proposition
Content Sourcing: Monitor news outlets, company announcements, social media, and industry updates to identify relevant stories, trends, and opportunities for timely content.
Channel Management: Manage and grow Vavoom's presence on LinkedIn, our website, email campaigns, and conference materials.
Content Creation: Write and edit engaging, on-brand content for multiple formats, including thought leadership, product messaging, case studies, one-pagers and sales collateral.
Translate complex or technical fleet management and salary sacrifice concepts into clear, accessible, value-driven messaging for different stakeholders.
GTM Support: Collaborate with the Commercial Director and sales team to ensure content and collateral align with campaigns and sales strategies, supporting awareness and commercial conversations.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Vavoom's brand voice, values, and identity.
What You'll Bring
An innovative thinker, with a passion for developing brands and a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone to join the team who:
Has 2+ years' experience in content marketing, looking to take the next step of their career and ready to own the marketing function
Has excellent writing and editing skills, with a track record of producing compelling content for professional audiences
Experience of managing LinkedIn channels and campaigns
Basic understanding of LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms, and interest in applying data-driven insights to improve engagement
