Position Summary:
As our Content Marketing Manager, you will create compelling marketing content and copy (reports, articles, email marketing copy, web copy, etc.) for use on owned and third-party digital channels and platforms, and across key U.S., EMEA and APAC markets. This position\xe2\x80\x99s principal internal customer will be the NAVEX Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams, with the objective to produce thought leadership related to our solution and drive customer/prospect interest, leads, and ultimately, generate sales.

The ideal candidate will have a penchant for keeping pace with industry trends, have a passion for being an expert in the field, and have experience working within an international marketing team. You must have a strong disposition for writing and be proficient at conceptualising, developing, and producing content that translates complex concepts into authoritative yet user-friendly language for a risk and compliance audience. You will need to be confident adapting existing materials and creating targeted content for distinct regions and market segments. The ability to manage content creation from start to finish, optimise content tone/voice/format appropriately for unique distribution channels, align to brand standards and have a strong track record for developing effective marketing content will directly influence your success.

Finally, you should be comfortable collaborating across marketing teams such as: design, product, public relations, demand generation, and operations to ensure highest quality output and brand consistency.

What You Will Do:

  • Regularly produce various content types for online and offline consumption, including reports, articles, one-pagers, blog content, web copy, e-books, social media content, etc. while utilising best practises in grammar, messaging, writing, and style

  • Think creatively to develop innovative ways to engage digital audiences in the UK, Europe, and beyond

  • Manage and liaise with external agencies and content partners to develop engaging content to be delivered across multiple channels and in multiple languages

  • Work cross-functionally with other Marketing groups to support specific initiatives, including customer marketing campaigns and the creation of product/platform collateral to ensure it is up-to-date, consistent, and best demonstrates our products and services to distinct market segments and geographies

  • Partner with Demand Generation and Partner Marketing teams to work with internal and external speakers for webinars and other virtual events

  • Edit marketing content produced cross-departmentally, ensuring consistent brand voice

  • Employ best practises for SEO and UX to maximise exposure and engagement of digital assets

  • Effectively use data-driven insights to test, refine, and prove content performance

  • Manage workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content


What You Will Need:

  • A Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent specialist qualifications in Marketing, English, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field preferred but not required

  • 5+ years of experience in multichannel content creation

  • Experience creating compelling messages to tell a story using words, images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create content that draws both a technical and non-technical audience, about technology benefits

  • Upon application, be prepared to provide a writing sample featuring blog-length content, marketing email copy, or similar

  • Expertise in all major business software applications (Microsoft Office, etc.) and basic social media skills with the appetite to learn more

  • Proven editorial skills and an outstanding command of the English language; native-speaker standard of written German or French language desirable

  • Excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Comfort in dealing with interpretation of data and statistical insights for content development purposes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
