Content Marketing Manager

to own and elevate and lead our content & brand strategy.

You'll report to the Head of Marketing and act as the creative engine behind our content, brand, and communications efforts. This is a "wear-many-hats" role: you'll set strategy, execute campaigns, manage freelancers, and work cross-functionally with CRM, sales marketing, PR/events, design and comms teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Help develop and own a unified content roadmap for global B2B & B2C audiences Establish brand guidelines and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across channels Lead multi-channel campaigns (email, social, blog, whitepapers, video, webinars) Coordinate with CRM/sales marketing to drive lead generation and customer retention Partner and manage events/PR, design, and comms to align on messaging and timing Manage and scale a network of freelancers, agencies and creative partners (while setting standards and vision) Set and track KPIs (engagement, MQLs, traffic, brand lift) Analyse performance data to refine content, driving continuous improvement Draft, edit and proof content where necessary - from blogs to thought leadership pieces to CEO lead content projects. Ensure all deliverables hit deadlines and quality standards
What We're Looking For

Experience:

Experience in a marketing/content role at an agency or in-house, ideally working with travel, luxury or tech brands Proven track record across both B2B and B2C markets Strong creative vision and exceptional writing/editing ability Energetic, self-motivated with a real "roll up your sleeves" attitude Excellent organisational skills; adept at juggling multiple projects under tight timelines Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimise performance Experience managing freelancers, external agencies or small teams Collaborative mindset; comfortable working with diverse stakeholders Flexible and adaptable - thrives in a fast-paced, evolving start-up/scale-up environment Ownership mentality; you see a task through from brief to deliver. We have a culture of office working - we understand this isn't for everyone but we find it helps 'move the needle' and increase productivity amongst the team. We do have an expectation of 2-3 days from the office per week.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
