Role Purpose?
The Content Marketing Manager will lead the planning, development, and implementation of integrated content strategies and campaigns across multiple channels and brands, with a global remit. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will ensure that all content aligns with the marketing plan, supports business objectives, and engages diverse audiences across sectors such as hospitality, retail, and leisure. The position spans full-funnel content marketing, from evergreen brand storytelling to tactical lead generation, ensuring consistency, creativity, and measurable impact. The role will champion content excellence, drive innovation, and position Shield Safety as a global leader in safety solutions, ensuring our brands stand out internationally.?
Key Responsibilities?
Content Strategy and Planning?
Develop and own a global content marketing strategy aligned to the marketing plan and business objectives.?
Plan and implement integrated campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, events, partnerships) and geographies.?
Ensure content addresses all stages of the customer journey-from awareness and engagement to conversion and retention.?
Multi-Channel Content Delivery?
Oversee creation and distribution of content across blogs, social media, email, video, podcasts, and events.?
Manage evergreen brand content alongside tactical campaigns for lead generation and product launches.?
Ensure content is tailored for multiple brands and target audiences across hospitality, retail, leisure, and international markets.?
Campaign Management and Measurement?
Lead the execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quarterly objectives.?
Monitor performance metrics and optimise content for engagement, reach, and conversion globally.?
Report on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.?
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement?
Work closely with the Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, and Head of Design and Production to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns.?
Liaise with external agencies, partners, and influencers to amplify content reach and impact internationally.?
Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure content consistency across all touchpoints.?
Innovation and AI Integration?
Stay ahead of global content marketing trends and emerging platforms.?

Qualifications and Experience?
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).?
Extensive experience in content marketing within B2B or multi-sector environments.?
Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns and measurable results globally.?
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and marketing automation tools.?
Experience managing content for multiple brands and audiences across international markets.?
Exposure to AI-driven content tools and technologies desirable.?
